Positioned in Dune Allen on the quieter western edge of 30A, the home offers Gulf views from multiple rooms and two wraparound decks, along with a private dock on Oyster Lake — one of the world’s rare coastal dune lakes. The proximity to the water is immediate, yet the atmosphere remains calm and unhurried.
Inside, luxury appliances, carefully selected materials, and intentional design choices create a stay that feels cohesive and considered. Outside, the two-story deck invites slow mornings, mid-day lounging, and relaxed evenings with the Gulf breeze just steps away.

You can truly tell the owners take pride in the space — new appliances, updated décor, modern finishes — literally new EVERYTHING. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so good every single night. It felt like luxury but still cozy and welcoming at the same time. The porch was one of our favorite spots. The large swing was perfect for relaxing, especially in the evenings, and having a TV outside took it to another level. We spent time out there just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

The hosts were super responsive and accommodating which certainly improves the overall experience. For us, the location was outstanding - We visit 30A at least once per year and typically stay off the beach; usually a 4-5 minute golf cart ride. With this home, you’re across the street from the beach with views of the ocean from the home. It took us maybe 90 seconds to walk from the house to the beach and this was with younger kids who do not walk fast. Overall, a 5-star experience for us - We’ll be back.
