MEET grace & drake
Our story started right here on 30A, working at the same fine dining restaurant years ago. What began as a chance meeting turned into a shared life rooted in this community — and eventually, a shared vision for something better.
Today, we’re both established real estate professionals along the Emerald Coast. Drake works closely with a custom home builder, understanding properties from the ground up. Grace works directly with buyers and homeowners across 30A, building long-term relationships founded on trust.
Over time, we saw a gap.
Too many beautiful homes were being managed on autopilot — reactive instead of strategic, transactional instead of intentional. When clients began asking us to manage their properties ourselves, we knew there was an opportunity to raise the standard. Solura was built to do exactly that.
We combine local expertise, modern marketing, and white-glove service to protect homes, maximize performance, and create guest experiences that feel seamless from start to finish.
