Welcome to Beachside Bound, your perfect 30A getaway! Freshly updated, thoughtfully designed, and just a short walk to the sugar-white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, this is the perfect place for families and groups looking to experience the best of 30A.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with two spacious king bedrooms, a bunk room featuring four twin beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. After a day at the beach, relax in the open living area, prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or unwind on the private covered balcony.
As our guest, you’ll enjoy access to two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and the seasonal beach tram, making beach days even easier.

My family had an absolute blast staying at this home. Upon entry, it was incredibly clean and the set-up with one bedroom down and the rest upstairs worked perfectly for us. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. For us, the location was outstanding - in this home you’re across the street from the beach with views of the ocean from the home. It took us maybe 90 seconds to walk from the house to the beach and this was with younger kids who do not walk fast. Overall, a 5-star experience for us - We’ll be back.
